What to check on the payment screen

Check how balances are funded and redeemed, what verification applies and which charges may be imposed by either service.

Deposits and withdrawals are different

Identify the AstroPay product actually offered in the account before comparing its payment options. Balance funding, merchant payments and any redemption process should be read separately. A general brand listing does not establish that every feature is available to that account.

Keep a clear record

An AstroPay support enquiry is clearer when it names the particular activity and its reference. State whether the issue concerns funding, a merchant payment or a balance entry. Avoid combining several operations into one unexplained amount.
