Payment Methods
UPI Payment Information
UPI is a payment interface; an operator’s acceptance and refund rules remain separate.

Identify the recipient
Compare the payee details and amount displayed in the payment application with the intended transaction. A UPI reference can help locate a payment later, but it does not itself prove that a merchant account has been credited.
Pending is a status, not a second request
If a transfer is pending, check its status in the original application and retain the reference before initiating anything else. Repeating a payment can create a second transaction rather than resolve the first. Use the provider’s documented support route for unresolved entries.
Protect the approval step
A UPI PIN authorizes a payment action; do not share it with support or enter it merely because someone says they are sending you money. Separate an actual payment request from a claimed refund. Read the confirmation screen in the application itself.
